Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and drive sales activities in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Building Materials, Construction, Interior Design, or Architecture and proven experience in achieving sales targets, developing business opportunities, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the Hyderabad market.
Build and maintain solid relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, developers, consultants, and corporate clients.
Generate leads through market visits, references, networking, and business development activities.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, closure, and payment follow-up.
Prepare quotations, proposals,



and commercial presentations for clients.
Conduct regular market research to identify new projects, customers, and business opportunities.
Track upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality, and other construction/interior projects.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
Handle customer queries, negotiations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team, wherever applicable.
