Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end transportation and shipment operations.
Plan and schedule deliveries; oversee loading/unloading.
Coordinate with 3PL vendors, transporters, suppliers, and internal teams.
Communicate with clients regarding deliveries and delays.
Manage inventory, warehousing, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Conduct stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
Handle e-way bills, invoices, and other logistics documentation.
Resolve delays, damages, complaints, and operational issues.
Monitor and optimize freight, warehousing, and manpower costs.
Track logistics KPIs and prepare MIS/reports for management.
Travel up to 2 days/week within Bangalore to warehouses.
Qualification: Bachelors in Engineering/Logistics/Supply Chain or related field.
Experience: 2+ years in logistics/transportation/supply chain.
Skills: Logistics/Inventory software, MS Excel/Google Sheets, communication, coordination, and problem-solving.
