Role & responsibilities
Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor and service agreements, supply and purchase agreements, consultancy agreements, licensing agreements and hospital agreements.
Review contractual terms relating to liability, indemnity, intellectual property, confidentiality, payment, termination and dispute resolution.
Review technical and scientific documents from a legal and compliance perspective.
Support business and procurement teams in commercial negotiations and contract execution.
Maintain contract records and track renewals, expiries and contractual obligations.
Assist with legal notices, compliance matters and legal due diligence as required.

Preferred candidate profile
Relevant legal experience in biotechnology,



pharmaceuticals, healthcare, clinical research or life sciences will be preferred.
Practical, business-oriented approach to legal matters.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:
Robust commercial agreement drafting, negotiation and review skills.
Sound legal interpretation and risk-assessment abilities.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Valuable communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
Robust attention to detail and the ability to work within timelines.
