Position Summary

This is a consultative sales role focused on converting student enquiries into successful university admissions.

Your responsibility begins with the first enquiry and ends only when the student has enrolled and paid the tuition fee.

This is not a customer support or documentation role. It is a sales oriented position requiring strong communication, commercial thinking, ownership, and disciplined follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Student Consultation




- Conduct detailed counselling sessions with students and parents.
- Understand academic background, budget, career goals, and eligibility.
- Recommend suitable countries, universities, and courses.
- Educate students on admissions, visas, scholarships, education loans, accommodation, and post-study opportunities.

Sales & Conversion
- Convert qualified enquiries into applicants.
- Drive applications through to enrolment and tuition fee payment.
- Consistently follow up until a transparent outcome is achieved.
- Handle objections confidently and ethically.
- Build trust with students and parents through consultative selling.

Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with students.
- Generate referrals from existing students.
- Deliver a high-quality counselling experience.

CRM & Operations
- Update CRM after every interaction.
- Maintain accurate lead stages and follow-up schedules.
