Job Description – Community Mobilizer

HireKarma is looking for enthusiastic and community-driven Community Mobilizers to join our team in Cuttack and Rourkela. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving local outreach, building community relationships, and supporting HireKarma's ground-level initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engage directly with local communities, students, and stakeholders on ground.

2. Plan and execute awareness campaigns and mobilization drives.

3. Build and maintain strong local networks and partnerships.

4. Represent HireKarma at community events and outreach activities.

5. Coordinate and report progress regularly to the core team.

Requirements

1. 1-5 years of experience; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

2.



Fluency in Odia and Hindi; working knowledge of English.

3. Prior experience in community outreach, fieldwork, or NGO work preferred.

4. Solid interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

5. Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

6. Ability to work independently in the field.

Preferred Skills

Prior experience organizing local events, campaigns, or working with student/youth groups will be an added advantage.
