Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage and administer SAP systems, including SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
- Ensure reliable, secure, and reliable SAP operations.
- Monitor system health, performance, availability, and capacity.
- Drive root cause analysis and sustainable issue resolution.
- Coordinate upgrades, support packages, system copies, and system refreshes.
- Support SAP security, compliance, and audit activities.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Basis administration.
- Practical experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP NetWeaver.
- Knowledge of SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP.
- Experience with managed service providers and ITIL processes.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Basis administration is required.
- Knowledge of SAP HANA administration is desirable.
- Knowledge of SAP Security Administration is desirable.
