About Us:
I Support Foundation (ISF) is dedicated to supporting children with special needs through therapy, education, and holistic care. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Lucknow.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans for children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, and other speech/language challenges
- Work collaboratively with occupational therapists, special educators, and other professionals to ensure holistic development
- Track and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educate parents/caregivers on techniques to support communication development at home




- Maintain accurate records and reports as per organizational and regulatory standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP) from a recognized institution
- Valid registration with RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) or relevant body
- Prior experience working with children with special needs preferred (freshers may also apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
