We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to conduct meetings with parents, understand their child's requirements, and recommend and pitch the most suitable Foxbrain program.
Purely inside sales — no field sales or lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct meetings with parents and understand their child's needs.
- Explain and pitch the appropriate Foxbrain course.
- Handle parent queries and objections.
- Convince and convert interested parents into admissions.
- Follow up with prospective parents.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
Requirements
- Education sector experience is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills are a must.
- Strong counselling, presentation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
