Your work profile

The role will play a senior client-facing role within Deloitte's Workforce Transformation team, leading complex HR consulting engagements and driving sales and business development initiatives.



The role requires deep expertise in HR transformation with a strong track record in performance and rewards along with large-scale workforce transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver end-to-end workforce transformation and HR consulting engagements for marquee clients across industries
- Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs and senior HR leaders on performance management, rewards, incentive management, learning & development strategy, and workforce transformation
- Drive business development through account mining, proposal development, client pitches, and solution design
- Own revenue targets and contribute to practice growth through repeat business and new client acquisition
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing consulting teams; provide quality assurance on project deliverables
- Collaborate with other Deloitte practice line teams to bring best-in-class solutions and thought leadership to clients
