Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage software licenses for various applications such as Adobe, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, and VMware.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding software usage and maintenance.
- Coordinate with IT team to resolve issues related to software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records of all software assets including inventory, versions, and expiration dates.
Job Requirements :
- 4-7 years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of Adobe, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, and VMware products.
- Experience with license management tools and processes.
