Job role

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end sales operations function to ensure efficient sales execution, effective team planning, structured follow-up management, accurate reporting, and achievement of business targets. The role acts as a key link between Sales, Marketing, HR, Design & Development, Clinical, Production, Finance, Customer Support, and Leadership, ensuring that people, processes, systems, and resources are effectively utilized to drive business growth.

The Sales Operations Manager is expected to bring robust planning, execution, team coordination, follow-up discipline, performance management, and process improvement capabilities. The role requires effective utilization of tools such as TeleCRM and PeopleHum to ensure systematic lead follow-ups, task allocation, team productivity,



training execution, and accountability.

Sales Operations & Planning
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure smooth, structured, and timely execution of sales activities.
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly work plans for the sales team, clearly defining priorities, activities, targets, and expected outcomes.
- Plan and allocate team activities based on business priorities, workload, individual capabilities, and sales requirements.
- Monitor execution against planned activities and proactively address delays, gaps, and productivity issues.
- Ensure every team member has clearly defined responsibilities, targets, priorities, and timelines.
- Use Project Management tool to effectively for assigning, tracking, and monitoring tasks across team members.
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, timely execution, and measurable performance.
