Role Overview
Regional Manager, Field Operations

The role will ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and TATs.
Key Responsibilities
Field Resource Governance
• Govern and manage deployment, productivity, and compliance of field resources in the state.
Performance & SLA Management
• Monitor TAT, SLA, and KPI metrics on a continuous basis.
• Identify performance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities; initiate corrective actions.
Reviews & MIS
• Conduct weekly and monthly field operations reviews.
• Prepare and present MIS reports, dashboards, and insights to management.
Issue Resolution & Risk Mitigation
• Proactively address operational challenges impacting field force effectiveness.
• Drive mitigation plans to ensure uninterrupted service delivery and KPI achievement.
Activity Tracking & Communication
• Track and validate daily and periodic field activities.




• Ensure stakeholders are regularly updated on progress, risks, and outcomes.
Festive & Peak Period Support
• Plan and manage field support for festive seasons and high-volume business days.
• Ensure scaling, escalation support, and on-ground readiness during peak demand.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of Field Operations, IT Support Delivery, SLA/KPI frameworks
• Proven experience in vendor and stakeholder management
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Robust communication, coordination, and presentation abilities
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments and multiple priorities
Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate/Postgraduate in IT, Engineering, Operations, or related field
• 5-6 years of experience in Field Operations, IT Service Delivery, or Support Management
• Experience in managing large, distributed field teams
