Job Description – Pharmacist / Hair Transplant & Stock Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist / Hair Transplant & Stock Manager with at least 2 years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with hair transplant procedures, managing medicines and clinical supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring proper stock control and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the medical team during hair transplant procedures, including preparation of the patient, instruments, medicines, and consumables.
- Maintain proper storage and handling of medicines, surgical supplies, and medical equipment.
- Manage daily stock inventory of medicines, consumables, and hair transplant materials.
- Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, and remaining.
- Monitor expiry dates and ensure FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) practices.
- Prepare and maintain purchase and replenishment requirements based on stock levels.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement.




- Ensure the availability of medicines and consumables before scheduled procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance with clinic/pharmacy procedures.
- Check stock discrepancies and report shortages, damages, or expired products to management.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper labeling of the pharmacy and stock area.
- Support doctors and clinical staff during procedures whenever required.
- Follow all applicable pharmacy, safety, hygiene, and infection-control protocols.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- D.Pharm / B.Pharm or relevant pharmacy qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacy, clinic/hospital, hair transplant, or medical stock management.
- Practical knowledge of medicines, medical consumables, and inventory management.
- Experience or understanding of hair transplant procedures will be preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of stock registers, expiry management, and procurement.
