Role & responsibilities
- Oversee UHT processing, packaging, and storage operations
- Monitor product quality, conduct tests, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure GMP, HACCP, and regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement quality SOPs and protocols
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams
- Conduct audits and identify areas for improvement
- Support new product launches and process validations
- Lead a team of quality professionals
*Requirements:*
- 6-9 years of experience in dairy or food industry, with UHT experience
- Degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or related field
- Robust knowledge of quality standards and regulations
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team management skills
