Role Description
The Senior Admissions Counselor will manage the end-to-end admissions lifecycle for Futurense’s academic and upskilling programs, guiding prospective learners from initial inquiry to successful enrollment. This full-time,
on-site role based in Bengaluru involves engaging with candidates via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their goals, provide program information, and recommend suitable learning pathways. The counselor will conduct structured counseling sessions, explain admission criteria, assist with application documentation, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting enrollment targets, maintaining accurate CRM records, coordinating with academic and operations teams, supporting outreach events and webinars, and providing high-quality, learner-centric service. The role also includes contributing feedback to improve admissions processes and supporting continuous enhancement of communication and outreach strategies.
