About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Event Sales Manager who can understand client requirements, develop compelling event solutions and convert opportunities into profitable business.

This is a consultative sales role. You will work closely with corporate clients, understand their objectives, recommend the right experience and manage the prospect from the initial conversation through closure and handover.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound enquiries for corporate events, offsites, conferences,



team-building activities and MICE travel
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking and relationship building
- Conduct detailed discovery calls to understand the client’s objectives, audience, budget and expectations
- Develop event concepts, proposals, presentations, itineraries and commercial quotations
- Present solutions confidently to HR leaders, administration teams, procurement departments and senior management
- Follow up consistently, negotiate commercials and close opportunities within defined timelines
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling and cross-selling
- Coordinate with creative, operations, hotel contracting and vendor teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth handovers
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and regularly report progress, forecasts
