Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering.

* MBA in Operations or Manufacturing Management is preferred.

Experience

* 5–15 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a production leadership role.

* Experience in precision engineering, electrical equipment, instrumentation, transformer accessories, or similar manufacturing industries.

* Experience working with ERP systems (Epicor preferred).

Position Summary

The Production Manager is responsible for the execution of the production plan issued by the Production Planning & Control (PPC) department. The role is accountable for achieving daily production targets, ensuring timely completion of manufacturing orders, and delivering products that meet quality, safety, and delivery standards. The Production Manager serves as the central execution point between PPC, Purchase, Stores,



Quality Control, Maintenance, and Sales to ensure uninterrupted production and on-time customer deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Production Execution

* Execute the daily, weekly, and monthly production plans released by the PPC department.

* Convert the production plan into daily production targets for each assembly line, production cell, and work center.

* Allocate manpower, machines, tools, and other resources to achieve daily production targets.

* Monitor hourly and daily production performance and take immediate corrective actions to eliminate delays and bottlenecks.

* Ensure all production orders are completed within the planned schedule while meeting quality and productivity standards.

* Conduct daily production review meetings with Production Engineers and Supervisors.

Cross-Functional Coordination

* Follow up with the Purchase department to ensure timely availability of raw materials, boug
