For 2 to 4 years experience on CNC Machines.

Candidate should have E&E; (Electrical & Electronics) Background very significant.

1. Basics about how CNC working and its configuration.

2. What is VMC , TC , HMC , SPM , and conventional configuration.

3. Knowledge about OEM controllers like (FANUC & Siemens)

4. Performing mechanical repair works on all machines.

5. Knowledge about troubleshooting of electrical , hydraulic , and pneumatic circuits problems.

6. Reading of electrical wiring diagrams.

7. Machine levelling and alignment

8. General facility maintenance.

9. Knowledge about AC/DC power supplies and its application.

10. Knowledge about special tools and its application.

11. Knowledge about machine history cards , BD Reports , etc.

12. Utility Maintenance.

13. Shift Handling and data updating in system

14. 5S and Kaizen improvements.

15. Safety and PPE Knowledge.
