Hiring: HR IT Specialist – Dormakaba

We are looking for an experienced HR IT Specialist / Dormakaba Administrator to join our team.

Location: Pune

Experience: 3+ years

Work Environment: International / Global HR IT

Notice period: immediate to serving (can join in month on August itself)

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support Dormakaba EXOS & B-COMM HCM

Manage system configurations, enhancements, maintenance, and upgrades

Provide 1st & 2nd level application support

Support integrations with systems such as Workday and SAP

Drive system optimization and harmonization across countries

Work closely with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors

Prepare technical documentation, functional specifications, test plans, and deployment/cutover documentation

Participate in HR IT projects and change initiatives

Looking for

3+ years of experience in Dormakaba administration/implementation

Hands-on experience with Dormakaba EXOS / B-COMM HCM

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent stakeholder and communication skills

Experience working in an international workplace

English – C1

German – B1 or above is required
