Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical expertise to clients on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; solutions, including financial management, supply chain management, and human capital management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting services and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of their business needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the food & beverage sector to provide creative solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 5-12 years of experience in presales or client-facing roles within IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; suite (Financial Management, Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management).
- Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders across various functions (e.g., salesforce, workfront).
- Proven track record of building strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
