Role Overview

Droidal is seeking an experienced and highly organized Lead/Manager – Workplace Services to oversee end-to-end workplace operations across multiple locations. This role will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of administration, facilities, procurement, vendor management, transportation, workplace infrastructure, safety, compliance, corporate real estate, office operations, employee services, and business support functions.

The position requires an individual who can operate independently, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and create a workplace environment that supports business growth and employee experience.

The incumbent will be responsible for workplace operations across Chennai and Coimbatore while partnering with global teams and supporting workplace initiatives in India,



Dubai, and the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Workplace Operations & Administration
- Lead end-to-end workplace operations across Chennai and Coimbatore.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of all workplace-related activities.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve workplace policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Establish and maintain standardized administrative processes across locations.
- Ensure business continuity through effective workplace planning and operational management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all workplace-related matters.
- Maintain a protected, efficient, and employee-centric work environment.

Facilities Management
- Manage end-to-end facilities operations across all locations.
