- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Sales/BD of cosmetics and personal care, specialized raw ingredients or similar industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of personal care speciality ingredients across South India.
- Identify recent market opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with the R&D; team to meet customer-specific technical requirements.
- Provide technical support and manage sales reporting (YTD, pipeline, and feedback).
