About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Content Creator / Content Marketer / Creative Strategist / Content Lead to manage and grow the social media presence of our own products and resort brand.

The ideal candidate should be creative, trend-aware, and capable of developing engaging content that increases brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative content ideas for Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Plan and execute content calendars for our products and resort marketing.
- Create engaging Reels, posts, stories, captions, and campaigns.
- Develop creative strategies based on current social media trends and audience behavior.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and internal teams for content production.
- Manage and grow Instagram pages with a focus on engagement and reach.
- Write creative captions, hooks, scripts, and campaign concepts.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements based on insights and analytics.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends,



viral content formats, and digital marketing strategies.
- Take ownership of content campaigns from concept to execution.

What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in content creation, content marketing, social media marketing, creative strategy, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and social media marketing.
- Excellent creativity and storytelling skills.
- Ability to develop original content ideas and engaging campaigns.
- Valuable knowledge of Reels, short-form videos, captions, hashtags, and social media trends.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, D2C, or product marketing will be an advantage.
