Education: Diploma/BE/B Tech in Electrical/ Mechanical or Automotive Engineering

Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities:
- Must be proficient in ECAD platforms: Capital Logic & Integrator, Capital Harness is also welcome.
- Extensive design experience of designing circuit schematics and Engineering change management projects for Automotive.
- Good knowledge of connector inline topology and ground topology.
- Gather, interpret, and upload relative Technical Customer Documentation (TCD's) into Electrical Database.
- Expertise in circuit simulation, load calculations, Voltage drop calculations, fault findings & design solutions for failures. Experience of various change management processes like Engineering Change Requests etc.
- Cable definition - assign circuits, define cable gauge, stranding, insulation type,



cable colour.
- Implementation of unique requirements for circuits as required to protect the integrity of the signal (e.g. twisting, shielding, voltage rating, voltage drops, max resistance, specifying insulation type for temperature, dynamics, etc.
- 2D/3D MACD bridge synchronization.
- Create deviation change requests based on Product Validation.
- Management of complexity matrix & option matrix
- Must have knowledge of troubleshooting using tools such as DFMEA, 8D or 5P

Knowledge / Experience
- Engineering knowledge & Experience of activities (Wire Harness Design, CAN, DFMEA for passenger Vehicles)
- Valuable communications skill in English, demonstrated ability to communicate to internal team and communicate in customer design reviews.
- Experience of using industry standard ECR processes.
- PC Literacy: CAD review systems, Power Point, Excel, Word etc.
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
