We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Conversion Specialist to join our expanding remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing inbound leads, handling objections, and converting interested prospects into enrolled students. You will play a crucial part in supporting our international operations and driving sales growth.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with potential leads through calls, WhatsApp, and chat platforms to build rapport and drive sales conversions.
- Manage, prioritize, and track lead databases and daily interactions using CRM tools like Google Sheets.
- Identify specific customer needs, expertly address objections, and promote our educational services to close sales.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets to maximize commission earnings.
- Provide leadership with regular updates on sales activities and performance insights.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the Canadian team during overlapping hours for strategic alignment and guidance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in sales, outbound calling, lead management, or a call center setting is preferred. Relevant experience in the education sector is a strong plus.
- Communication: Exceptional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills paired with a target-driven mindset. Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp, and CRM tools (e.g., Google Sheets).
- Work Setup: Must have a highly reliable remote work setup, including a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Availability: Must be able and willing to work night shifts to align with Canadian business hours.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
