Description

We are seeking an experienced
Senior SAP Ariba Consultant
with solid expertise in
Ariba Guided Buying (GB)
and Ariba Buying and Invoicing (B&I;) to support global procurement transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have participated in
at least one or two end-to-end SAP Ariba Guided Buying implementation
and possess deep functional knowledge of downstream procurement processes, catalog management, buying channels, invoicing, and integration with ERP systems.

The candidate will work closely with procurement, business, and technical teams to design, configure, implement, and support SAP Ariba solutions while driving best practices across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.





Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support SAP Ariba implementations with a focus on
Guided Buying.
- Participate in all phases of project delivery, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
- Configure and optimize
Guided Buying policies, buying channels, forms, approvals, and user experience
.
- Design and support
Ariba Buying and Invoicing
processes including requisitioning, ordering, receiving, invoicing, and exception handling.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Prepare and maintain
Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), configuration documents, and test scripts

SAP Ariba, CIG and SAP ERP/S4HANA
systems.
