Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer calls, resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product information, answer questions, and address issues related to products or services offered by the company.
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products or services based on customers' needs.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with excellent communication skills.
- Solid customer handling, complaint management, issue resolution, query resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
