Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to handle day-to-day

procurement activities, vendor coordination, purchase orders, rate

comparisons, purchase entries, documentation, and delivery follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
- Raise purchase requests and prepare Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up with vendors for order confirmation and timely delivery.
- Record purchase entries accurately in the system.
- Handle Credit Notes, Debit Notes, TDS, and discount adjustments.
- Verify vendor rates and prepare rate comparisons.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding material shortages and supply

issues.
- Maintain LR, transportation, TDS, invoice, PO, and other purchaserelated

documentation.
- Monitor pending POs, deliveries, and vendor follow-ups.
- Prepare regular purchase and vendor-related reports for management.




- Coordinate with Accounts, Stores, Logistics, and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and procurement procedures.

Mandatory Requirements
- Robust knowledge of purchase and procurement processes.
- Ability to accurately handle purchase entries and related accounting

transactions.
- Good experience in PO preparation and delivery follow-up.
- Strong vendor communication and rate comparison skills.
- Ability to maintain purchase documentation and records accurately.
- Good MS Excel/ERP knowledge.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal

supervision.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience in Manufacturing / Metals / Aluminium / Engineering /

Industrial companies will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
