Key Responsibilities
- Manage Plant-level Commercial Accounts & Financial Controls.
- Strong hands-on exposure in Manufacturing Costing & Cost Control.
- Verification and passing of Contractor Bills & Service Bills.
- Scrutiny and control of OPEX & CAPEX Bills.
- Plant-level Vendor Payment Control & Payment Planning.
- Review of Work Orders, PO terms, service completion certificates and supporting documents.
- Cost Centre-wise expense monitoring and Budget vs Actual analysis.
- Manufacturing cost analysis covering RM, Consumables, Power & Fuel, Conversion Cost and Overheads.
- Ensure appropriate GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and statutory compliance in bill processing.
- Preparation of Plant Commercial MIS and management reports.
- Coordination with Purchase, Commercial, Stores,
Operations, Engineering, HR and Corporate Finance.
- Strengthen internal controls and support Internal/Statutory Audit.
Mandatory Requirements
15–20 years of relevant experience
Steel Manufacturing Industry experience is mandatory
Hands-on Steel Manufacturing Plant exposure is mandatory
Solid experience in Costing + Contractor/Service Bill Passing + OPEX/CAPEX + Payment Control
Minimum 10 years of leadership/team-handling experience
Strong commercial and analytical acumen
SAP/ERP exposure is preferred
