ACCOUNTING & FINANCE
Experience: 4+ Years
Role: Accountant / Senior Accountant
Software: Zoho Books / Zoho Finance Suite

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts and accounting records.
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, including journal entries, ledgers, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Record and reconcile sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
- Manage invoicing, credit notes, debit notes, and payment follow-ups.
- Prepare Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, and other financial reports.
- Handle GST-related accounting, including purchase and sales records and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper accounting entries and maintain supporting documentation.
- Use Zoho Books for accounting, bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers,



and internal teams for accounting-related matters.
- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely correction of accounting records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Robust knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- 4+ years of relevant Accounting & Finance experience.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books / Zoho Finance.
- Good knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to independently manage accounting operations.
