Role Purpose / Overview:

The Fleet Management Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating OneStepGreeners vehicle fleet used for waste collection and recycling operations. The role will ensure timely vehicle deployment, route coordination, driver management, maintenance, documentation, and fleet availability.

The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, problem-solving, and fleet management skills, with a focus on vehicle utilization, safety, maintenance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the daily deployment and scheduling of the waste collection fleet based on operational requirements.
- Coordinate with drivers and field teams to ensure timely vehicle reporting, dispatch, pickups, and movement as per planned routes.
- Monitor vehicle movement, routes, utilization, turnaround time, and overall fleet performance.
- Ensure timely preventive maintenance, servicing, repairs, and regular upkeep of all company vehicles.
- Coordinate with mechanics, workshops, service providers,



and vendors for vehicle maintenance and breakdown resolution.
- Monitor and maintain vehicle-related documents, including RC, insurance, PUC, permits, fitness certificates, and other statutory requirements.

Track fuel consumption, vehicle expenses, and identify areas for improved fuel efficiency and cost optimization.
- Maintain daily records of vehicle availability, deployment, maintenance, fuel usage, breakdowns, and driver attendance.
- Coordinate with drivers to address operational issues, route delays, vehicle breakdowns, and other on-ground challenges.
- Ensure that vehicles are maintained in a clean, secure, and operational condition and that drivers follow required safety protocols.
