What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with 35 years of experience who enjoys working beyond routine accounting.

This role is for someone who wants to understand businesses, work directly with clients, analyse financial information, solve problems and provide practical advisory, while also leading and mentoring a team.

What will you do?
- Manage and review accounting and finance assignments handled by the team.
- Review financial statements, MIS, reconciliations and management reports.
- Analyse financial information and provide meaningful business insights to clients.
- Support clients with budgeting, cash-flow forecasting and performance monitoring.
- Review and oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA,



RBI and Companies Act compliances.
- Interact directly with clients, understand their requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members and ensure quality of work.
- Work closely with our Audit, Tax and Advisory teams to provide integrated solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes through technology, automation and AI tools.
- Work closely with Partners on client assignments and business advisory matters.

What are we looking for in you?
- Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory
- 35 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a CA firm, consulting or skilled services environment.
- Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Direct Tax, FEMA, RBI and Companies Act.
- Strong MS Excel and analytical skills.
- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to manage a team and take owners
