We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with strong experience in the construction industry to manage accounting activities, project accounts, site billing, client billing, subcontractor bills, taxation, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The candidate will coordinate closely with site teams to ensure timely and accurate billing and proper accounting of project transactions.
- Manage day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, receipts, payments, and adjustments.
- Maintain project-wise and site-wise accounts.
- Perform bank, customer, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor project expenses, advances, recoveries, and outstanding balances.
- Prepare monthly MIS, project cost reports, outstanding reports, and financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, qualified tax, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documents and records.




- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for billing details and work completion information.
- Collect and verify measurements, work completion certificates, site reports, and supporting documents from site.
- Review RA Bills, running bills, final bills, and client invoices received from the site team.
- Verify billing quantities and rates against approved BOQ, work orders, contracts, and agreements.
- Ensure that all required approvals and supporting documents are available before invoice submission.
- Prepare and process client invoices based on certified site measurements and approved bills.
- Coordinate with the site team for corrections or discrepancies in billing documents.
- Track submitted bills and maintain a project-wise billing and collection tracker.
