Job Summary

Facility Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the organization's accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, budgeting, cash flow management, audits, and internal controls. The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and extensive knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities - Financial Accounting
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain the general ledger.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and accounting records.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure proper accounting of revenue, expenses, provisions, and accruals.

Financial Reporting & MIS
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards for management.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Present financial reports to senior management.





Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, and other applicable laws.
- Review and file statutory returns accurately and within prescribed timelines.
- Coordinate with tax consultants and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and applicable accounting standards.

Audit & Internal Controls
- Coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and GST audits.
- Prepare audit schedules and provide necessary documentation.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and compliance processes.
- Ensure timely closure of audit observations.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management
- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
- Manage banking operations, payments, and fund utilization.
- Review vendor and customer payments.
- Coordinate with banks regarding limits, documentation, and facilities.

Team Management
