Job Description

Team Leader Wind PMC

The *Team Leader Wind PMC* will lead Project Management Consultant (PMC) monitoring and governance activities across utility-scale wind energy projects, ensuring effective oversight of Wind Turbine Generators (WTG), Balance of Plant (BoP), substations, grid infrastructure, commissioning, and project handover activities. The role is responsible for driving integrated site coordination, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, readiness assessments,



and package-level performance monitoring to support secure, compliant, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Wind Package Leadership & PMC Governance
- Lead PMC oversight activities across wind package construction, commissioning, and handover phases.
- Direct PMC discipline priorities, resource deployment, and integrated site coordination activities.
- Ensure compliance with project governance requirements, performance targets, and reporting protocols.

Contractor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate contractors, OEMs, consultants, and Client representatives across roads, foundations, WTG erection, electrical works, energization, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Manage interfaces between multiple contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution.
