Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate procurement of civil construction and building finishing materials.
- Identify material requirements based on project drawings, specifications, site requirements, and approved quantities.
- Prepare and verify quantity estimates and quantity take-offs for civil and finishing works.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material availability, quotations, delivery schedules, and technical requirements.
- Compare quotations and support procurement decisions based on quality, specifications, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Review and interpret civil drawings, layouts, BOQs, and project specifications.




- Coordinate with site teams to understand project requirements and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor material consumption and assist in controlling wastage and project costs.
- Prepare and maintain quantity statements, material records, procurement reports, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, site engineers, and internal departments.
- Support planning and monitoring of civil and finishing activities.
- Ensure materials and works comply with approved specifications and quality standards.
- Perform other civil engineering and project coordination duties assigned by management.
