Tool Maintenance
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of press tools, dies, jigs, fixtures and other production tooling.
- Inspect tools regularly for wear, damage, cracks, dimensional variation and other defects.
- Repair and restore tools to the required operating condition.
- Replace worn-out components such as punches, dies, bushes, guide pillars, springs, inserts and other tooling parts.
- Ensure proper fitting, alignment and functioning of tools after maintenance.
- Maintain tool accuracy and dimensional requirements as per approved drawings and specifications.
