Position Title: Deputy Manager - Sales

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage business for welding consumables across assigned regions.
- Identify and engage industrial customers for Conventional and Fabrication product ranges.
- Generate leads, conduct product presentations, and perform demonstrations/trials at customer sites.
- Provide technical support on product selection, welding parameters, and process optimization.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular visits and follow -ups.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, market coverage,
and gross margin goals.
- Collaborate with distributors, channel partners, and internal teams to drive business growth.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights to management.
- Prepare visit reports, update CRM data, and support order finalization and commercial negotiations.
