Role Overview

Roswalt Buildcon Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and responsible Safety Steward for its Chembur construction site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety compliance, monitoring site activities, and promoting a protected working workplace.

Freshers with safety certification or candidates with 1 year of site safety experience can apply.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily site activities and ensure compliance with safety rules.
Conduct regular safety inspections at the construction site.
Ensure workers are wearing proper PPE (Helmet, Safety Shoes, Jacket, Gloves, etc.).
Report unsafe conditions or practices to the Site Engineer / Project Manager.
Maintain safety registers and documentation.
Assist in conducting toolbox talks and safety briefings.
Coordinate during emergency situations and follow safety protocols.




Ensure proper barricading and safety signage at site.

Requirements
Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma (Preferred: Safety Certification)
Basic knowledge of construction site safety standards.
Valuable observation and communication skills.
Ability to handle site workers firmly yet professionally.
Physically fit and ready to work at the site.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of PPE standards.
Basic understanding of safety compliance in construction projects.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
