Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective relationship management strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new business prospects to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in relationship management with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience working with One97 Communications Limited or similar companies is an added advantage.
