Key Responsibilities
Outbound calling to prospective customers across Bangalore , Chennai, Hyderabad .
Communicate Business Loan products effectively in Kannada, Telegu, Tamil.
Generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
Qualify leads and coordinate for documentation and further processing.
Build customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM.
Handle customer queries and follow up for loan conversions/disbursements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
03 years of experience in Business Loan Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Support.




Prior experience in Business Loan selling is preferred.
Fluency in Kannada, Telegu , Tamil is mandatory.
Valuable communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
Solid persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Comfortable working with CRM tools and MS Office.

Preferred
Experience in Business Loans, MSME Loans, FinTech, NBFC, Banking, or B2B Sales preferred.
Knowledge of the business lending/loan sales process is an advantage.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
