About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through outbound cold calling, email, and other prospecting activities.
Identify and qualify potential clients based on their business requirements.
Communicate with prospects and understand their business needs.
Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team.
Maintain accurate lead and prospect information in the CRM.




Follow up with prospects consistently and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads.

Requirements
MBA candidates preferred, particularly in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or a related role.
Freshers and interns with robust communication skills are welcome to apply.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with outbound calling and engaging with prospective clients.
Target-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Candidates based in Tiruppur or willing to relocate are preferred.
Versatile to work in any of the above shifts based on business requirements.
