Job Title: Legal Associates

Key Responsibilities
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, agreements, and other legal correspondence.
Conduct legal research relating to corporate laws, regulations, contracts, and compliance matters.
Support contract management and documentation processes.
Assist in maintaining legal records and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding legal and regulatory requirements.
Assist in preparing legal summaries, reports, presentations, and documentation.
Support the Legal team in day-to-day legal and administrative activities.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and corporate information.

Eligibility
LLB / BA LLB students or recent graduates.




Candidates with a basic understanding of corporate law, contracts, compliance, and legal documentation.
Good legal research and drafting skills.
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
Positive analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
