About the Role
WebEaz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and skilled Telecaller to handle customer calls, lead follow-ups, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
Make inbound and outbound calls to customers and leads.
Explain company services and understand customer requirements.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Maintain call and lead records using CRM or similar software.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or a related field.
Experience working with CRM software or lead management tools preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
Confident, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
