Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage service operations for CNC/VMC machines.
Oversee machine installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities.
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize machine uptime.
Lead and mentor service engineers and technicians across assigned territories.
Handle critical breakdowns and provide technical guidance for complex machine issues.
Coordinate with customers regarding service requests, technical complaints, and maintenance requirements.
Analyze recurring machine problems and implement root-cause and corrective actions.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Spares, Sales, and Technical teams for service resolution.
Monitor service response time, first-time fix rate, machine downtime, and customer satisfaction.
Manage spare-parts requirements, service tools, and inventory planning.
Review service reports, maintenance records, warranty claims,



and customer complaints.
Support AMC/CMC renewals, service contracts, and revenue-generating after-sales activities.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, service procedures, and quality requirements.
Provide technical feedback to the engineering/product teams for machine improvement.
Prepare service MIS, performance reports, and management dashboards.
