About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic US Mortgage Loan Processor to join our growing team at eClerx. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between US-based wealth managers, third-party agencies, insurance providers, and regulators, ensuring seamless loan coordination and end-to-end pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities
Loan Coordination: Effectively communicate with US wealth managers, third-party agencies, insurance companies, and regulatory bodies via phone and email.
Document Review: Thoroughly review loan documentation to guarantee completeness, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.
Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage, track, and update active loan pipelines to meet critical turnaround times and deadlines

What We Are Looking For
Availability: Immediate joiners or those with a notice period of 30 days or less.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work in night shifts.
Experience: Prior experience in US mortgage processing, loan coordination, or financial services operations is a strong plus.
Skills: Robust analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency in managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
