Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly specialized Automation & Maintenance Engineer to ensure the seamless operation, reliability, and precision of our automated solar cell manufacturing lines. The ideal candidate will have exclusive hands-on expertise in diagnosing, programming, and troubleshooting advanced control systems—specifically PLCs, HMIs, Servo Motors, and Servo Drives—across complex solar cell process equipment such as Wet Chemistry benches, Thermal/Diffusion furnaces, Laser processing equipment, and Metallization lines.

Key Responsibilities

Automation & Controls Troubleshooting
Diagnose, repair, and optimize industrial control systems, with a primary focus on PLCs, HMIs, Servo Motors, Stepper Motors, Encoders, and Servo Drives.




Troubleshoot communication protocols and fieldbus networks connecting PLCs to servo amplifiers and remote I/O modules on the cell manufacturing line.
Calibrate and tune servo drives and motors for high-speed, high-precision wafer handling to eliminate micro-cracks, cell breakages, and scratches linked to robotics and automation.
Perform backup, restoration, and minor logic modifications for PLC (Must Have) and SCADA systems to improve machine logic and recover from system crashes.

Equipment Maintenance & Reliability
Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of automated solar cell manufacturing equipment, specifically in Wet Chemistry, Thermal, Metallization, and Laser processes.
Troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems, replacing faulty servo amplifiers, pressure and temperature transducers, and analog/digital sensors.
Analyze machine error logs and HMI alarm histories to identify root causes of repetitive mechanical or electrical jams.
