Lead and manage a team of immigration consultants.
Monitor daily team performance, targets, and productivity.
Handle and guide clients regarding immigration processes, documentation, and applications.
Review files and ensure accuracy and timely submission.
Provide regular training, guidance, and support to team members.
Coordinate with documentation, legal, and processing teams.
Maintain proper records and follow company policies and immigration procedures.
Resolve client and team-related issues effectively.
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management.
Ensure the team achieves assigned sales and file-processing targets.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
