Requirements:
Looking for a Techno-Functional resource with solid expertise in LMS, reporting, and dashboards in Oracle Fusion HCM to support end-to-end implementation, reporting solutions, and data activities.
Key Responsibilities
Work on end-to-end implementation of LMS (Oracle Learning Cloud) reporting solutions
Develop and maintain:
OTBI reports
BI Publisher (BIP) reports
Dashboards for business stakeholders
Design and build learning, compliance, and analytics reports
Work on HCM Extracts for data extraction and reporting
Handle data migration and uploads using HDL/HSDL
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution
Support CRP, SIT,
UAT, and go-live activities
Collaborate with functional and business teams to understand reporting requirements
Ensure data accuracy, performance, and timely delivery of reports
Work on enhancements and post go-live support (hypercare).
Required Skills
Robust experience in Oracle Fusion HCM (Techno-Functional).
Hands-on expertise in:
OTBI Reports
BI Publisher (BIP)
HCM Extracts
HDL / Data migration tools
Knowledge of Oracle Learning Cloud (LMS).
Experience in implementation projects.
Positive understanding of HR data and reporting structures.
Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
