Product Owner - Weighing & Dispensing (W&D;)

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the Weighing & Dispensing (W&D;) capability across a global manufacturing workplace.

You will own the product roadmap, application lifecycle, compliance and operational performance of business-critical W&D; solutions, working closely with manufacturing, quality, IT and external vendors. The environment currently includes Siemens Opcenter W&D; and emerging Tulip-based solutions as part of a wider digital manufacturing transformation programme.

This is a highly visible role combining product strategy, stakeholder management, vendor governance, GxP compliance and major transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Own the W&D; product strategy, roadmap and ongoing development
Manage the lifecycle of Siemens Opcenter W&D; and Tulip W&D; solutions
Ensure secure,



compliant and reliable operation of W&D; applications
Partner with business process owners and manufacturing stakeholders
Drive enhancements, upgrades, releases and lifecycle activities
Lead vendor management and service performance governance
Support validation, audit readiness and GxP compliance requirements
Play a key role in a major platform separation and transition programme
Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes and systems

Experience Required
5+ years' experience in Manufacturing Systems, MES, Digital Manufacturing or Weighing & Dispensing environments
Experience with Siemens Opcenter W&D; or similar MES/manufacturing platforms
Robust understanding of shopfloor manufacturing operations
Experience managing business-critical applications in regulated environments
Knowledge of GxP, validation and data integrity requirements
Proven vendor and stakeholder manage
